Accessibility
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available and are never charged at a higher rate. Request one when you book so we allocate the right vehicle.
- Assistance dogs and guide dogs travel free and cannot be refused.
- Child seats are available on request at no charge — tell us the child's age when booking.
- If you need a driver who will come to the door, help with bags, or wait while you get someone settled, say so. It costs nothing and it is why people book us.
Safety
- Every CABI driver holds a current NTA SPSV licence and has been Garda vetted. CABI is a dispatch operator — we do not put anyone in a car who is not licensed to be there.
- You get your driver's name, licence number and vehicle registration before pick-up. Check it matches before you get in.
- Live journey sharing is on by default and can be sent to anyone you choose. It runs for the whole journey.
- Travelling with a pet is free to request. Tell us when you book so the right vehicle is sent — an unannounced pet may mean the driver cannot take you. Assistance dogs are carried on every journey as a matter of law and never need to be requested or declared.
- Every journey has a named person at CABI reachable on WhatsApp at 087 336 0350 while it is running.
