These exist because a vehicle taken off the road cleaning is a driver not earning. They are set to cover real cost, not to punish.

| Abuse or threats towards a driver | Full fare, no refund | The journey ends at a safe location. Serious incidents are reported to An Garda Síochána and the account is closed permanently. |
How a charge is raised
- The driver photographs the issue at the time and reports it the same day. No photographs, no charge.
- Abi reviews it personally. Drivers do not raise charges directly against passengers.
- You get the evidence and the invoice by email, with 7 days to respond, before anything is taken.
- If you dispute it, nothing is charged until the dispute is resolved. If we cannot agree, it goes to the complaints route rather than to your card.
Lost property
Anything left in a CABI is logged and held for 30 days. We will return it by courier at cost, or hold it for collection at no charge. We do not charge a "handling fee" for giving you back your own phone.
